City Tram at LEGO CUUSOO

May 20, 2013

Trams are an iconic mean of transportation of several cities across the globe, just like the ones we can find at San Francisco or Lisbon.

In my opinion, LEGO is missing these wonderful vehicles so I had proposed at LEGO CUUSOO a new city transportation set, based on my Lisbon tram MOCs.

I hope I can count with your support by approving the project at http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/1079. Please, help me share it on facebook also by visiting History Bricks facebook page.

The project is gaining more and more supporters each day. Than you very much! :)

LEGO CUUSOO

October 10, 2011

LEGO CUUSOO is the new system from LEGO where users can share their ideas and if they get enough support from the community (10000 votes) LEGO will review it. If they approve your idea, you may have a chance to see it as a new official product.

I was thrilled with the idea, and submitted my project of the small replicas of Lisbon trams. I don’t recall of any LEGO trams sets and this could be a good opportunity for all of LEGO fans to get a new way of transportion in their own cities :-)

Here’s the page for this project. I hope you liked the idea and want to support it - http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/1079

Thank you very much.

Stephenson’s Rocket

September 20, 2010

Kris Kelvin made an incredible replica of the Stephenson’s Rocket, an early steam locomotive. As we would expect from Kris, the colors and overall design of the construction are just perfect.

Stephenson’s Rocket was an early steam locomotive of 0-2-2 wheel arrangement, built in Newcastle Upon Tyne at the Forth Street Works of Robert Stephenson and Company in 1829. – description by Kris Kelvin.
