WhiteFang post it today on Eurobricks the first photos of the second series of LEGO Collectible Minifigures. It’s great news to all AFOLs, but the real reason I’m posting here in HistoryBricks is picture of a Spartan warrior. Should we expect a new theme somewhere in the future?

Thank you, thank you, thank you for correctly identifying the ancient fig as a Spartan. If I see one more troglodyte call him a Roman I will scream!
Of course I should expect no less from HistoryBricks.

Not Spartan, but Greek.
Because all Spartans were Greek, but not all Greek were Spartan, yet they all used the same basic army paraphernalia.
